Trackk operates as a Software-as-a-Service ( SaaS platform )for EV-based logistics and fleet operations.

Our platform enables organizations to:

• Monitor performance of individual vehicles
• Track fleet utilization and operational efficiency
• View trip, route, and delivery-related metrics
• Analyze usage, productivity, and compliance data

Trackk may also provide associated EV logistics services where applicable.

Trackk acts as a data controller for personal and operational information processed through its Services.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to access or use Trackk services.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their authorized users comply with these Terms.

• Access to certain features may require account registration.
• Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use.
• Trackk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

Trackk service pricing typically ranges from ₹100 to ₹10,000, depending on:

• Distance (KM-based pricing)
• Location and accessibility
• Vehicle type
• Additional services

Pricing details are shared transparently before service confirmation.

• Currently, subscription payments and online payment processing are not enabled on the Trackk platform.
• No subscription fees are collected through the platform at this time.
• In the future, Trackk may implement subscription-based or usage-based payments using authorized third-party payment gateways.
• When enabled, Trackk will not store credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking information, and all transactions will be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment service providers.

• Trackk acts as the data controller for personal information processed through the platform.
• Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
• Trackk implements defined data retention policies and restricts internal access to sensitive information.
• Users will be notified in accordance with law in the event of a data breach affecting their information.

Personal Information

We may collect and process the following personal and operational information:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Company or organization details
• Account and login credentials
• Vehicle identifiers and configuration data
• Driver-related operational data (assigned vehicles, trip activity, attendance logs)
• Performance, utilization, and usage data associated with vehicles and fleets

All such data is processed solely for providing platform functionality, analytics, and reporting to authorized organization users.

Non-Personal Information

At present, Trackk does not actively collect IP addresses, cookies, or browser-level tracking data.

We may collect limited non-personal, system-generated usage data only to the extent required for platform functionality, security, and troubleshooting, without identifying individual users.

We may share information:

• With service partners and vendors strictly for service delivery and transaction processing
• With government or legal authorities when required by law
• In anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and business insights

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Users may request:

• Access to their personal data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of personal data

Data deletion requests are processed within three (3) business days, subject to legal and operational requirements.

• All content, software, trademarks, and platform features are the intellectual property of Trackk.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for internal business purposes only.
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

Trackk may contain links to third-party websites. Trackk is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of such websites.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user and organizational data may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable laws and existing privacy commitments.

• Trackk services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Trackk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Trackk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Trackk is not a healthcare provider and does not process protected health information (PHI). This platform is not intended for use in compliance with HIPAA or similar healthcare regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Trackk may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
